What 2024 Mentees Have to Say...
What to Expect...
This one-year program (September–May) pairs each student with an alumni mentor for personalized guidance. Together, they’ll work through a roadmap of key milestones, including personal and career assessments, job-seeking etiquette, major and career exploration, and shadowing opportunities. Matches are made between August and November, with mentor-mentee pairs expected to meet three times per semester via phone, Zoom, or in person.
