The MS Analytics Alumni Mentorship Program enhances the MS Analytics experience through hands-on  learning and professional development opportunities with MS Analytics alumni. The program strives to  create a tradition and appreciation of mentoring and being mentored within Graduate Programs that will prepare our students to become actively engaged business and community leaders in the  future.  The MS Analytics degree is uniquely challenging, requiring students to cultivate advanced technical expertise, expand their professional networks, and shape their career trajectories—all within a single year. Through this program, alumni mentors will serve as trusted advisors, thoughtful coaches, and strategic partners, guiding students as they navigate academic decisions and professional development opportunities.

Program Goals:

• Facilitate and support student engagement with an alumni mentor as a key component of a Leeds graduate student education.

• Contribute to student development through hands-on learning and unique opportunities for professional development.

• Increase student satisfaction and success in the job search process.

• Create a sense of community and connection between Leeds students and alumni.

• Satisfy the desire of alumni to directly engage with and provide value to current business students.

• Provide students with a model that encourages future volunteerism and engagement with the Leeds Graduate Programs.
