Join PEER 2 PEER Mentoring!
Looking for a way to hit the ground running at Leeds? Join the Leeds Peer2Peer Mentoring Program as a mentee! You'll be matched with a trained peer mentor (an upperclassman) who will support you starting the summer before you arrive on campus and throughout your entire first year.
Your mentor will:
- Share insider tips for succeeding in your business classes
- Help you explore student organizations
- Guide you through class registration
- Break down the areas of emphasis and connect you with other students, faculty, staff, and resources at the business school
It's a great way to build your network and set yourself up for four years of success!

What to Expect...
Once you fill out the interest form, we’ll match you with your mentor! They’ll reach out by phone, so double-check your number on the application. Don’t hesitate to ask them anything—there are NO dumb questions, and they’ve been in your shoes before!
Joining the Peer2Peer program is totally voluntary, but we encourage you to stay involved to get the most out of it. Your mentor will check in weekly and meet with you one-on-one each month to answer questions and keep you on track.
